Dr. Ayman Abdallah, PhD
Founder and Managing Partner
As an attorney at law before the Court of Cassation, Dr. Abdallah’s 25 years of experience cover the fields of Corporate and Business Law, Commercial Law, Civil and Administrative Litigation in multiple areas, as well as Arbitration. He specializes in general corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, private equities, concessions, and oil and gas businesses. As the Managing Partner of AM Law Firm, Dr. Abdallah has represented several major local and international firms in different types of lawsuits. He has provided legal advice based on his experience, vision, and education to multiple Egyptian and foreign clients.
Upon admittance to the Egyptian Bar Association 25 years ago, Dr. Abdallah took a particular interest in human rights, the legal profession as a social responsibility, and International anti-corruption initiatives. Dr. Abdallah is a member of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA), UN Global Compact, Arab Lawyers Union (ALU).
Dr. Abdallah’s extensive education in law assists him in the cases he undertakes. He is a holder of a PhD degree from the University of South California. He studied Islamic Law and Private Law at Ain Shams University and earned a degree in Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Graduate of Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University. Speaks both Arabic and English.
Postgraduate studies in legal field in addition to three undergraduate academic degrees from prominent Egyptian universities. He worked as consultant and head of litigation and arbitration department in the Firm, and has contributed significantly to obtaining judgments in favour of our clients. Through his legal efforts and experience, he also contributed to enabling Firm to obtain advanced position among law firms in Egypt. His attendance and pleadings before courts and arbitration centers (in judicial and arbitration cases) had great impact towards relief of our clients.
Fields of Specialisation: Civil, commercial, administrative, personal cases for foreigners as well as drafting international contracts and significant contracting agreements.
He has worked also as consultant for many financial and investment entities and has supervised and followed all lawsuits regarding their investments whether inside the country or abroad.
